First time was on Taco Tuesday. We had the shrimp and fish tacos which were 2 for the price of one
My daughter really like the shrimp and a FYI. I took one home and had it for lunch the next day cold, no reheat and it was actually still really delicious
Also ordered the Diablo drink. Man!! That was really good. It's made with Soju mixed with fruit juices. The glass that it comes in can be shared by two people cause they pour the whole bottle of Soju into the glass. Yes! The whole Bottle.
The servers were really attentive and friendly. Great place and we will be going back. Oh! They have board games for you to play at your table to get us off our phones and enjoying the human and dining experience, such a great idea.
They are having a Halloween event on October 25th 2019 if anyone is interested. -

The shrimp burrito was delicious. It was the service that left a bad taste in my mouth.
I work in the office building this place is in, and ordered lunch on Grubhub. I went down when my food should have been ready, but the host informed me they were working on it. It's not busy in the place--there's a table of 6 just finishing up, otherwise it's completely empty. What could be holding up one burrito for 20-30 minutes? Red flag.
It turns out that they didn't notice the Grubhub order until I had arrived to pick it up. Ok, not such a big deal.
As I sat waiting, a man in a blazer asked, "Did you order on Grubhub?" Was this the manager? The owner? A rando? No introduction. He said he would check on my order. He came back saying, "Never do that again." Huh? "Don't order on Grubhub if you work upstairs, they take a fee. The food cost you $10, but we only get $7, ok?" He went on about this issue. Ok gotcha, but how is this my problem? I'm made to wait extra time for my food and somehow you're reprimanding me? I needed lunch, not a lecture. If you don't want to pay the Grubhub fees, why did you sign up with them? It's not my problem. It's not any customer's problem. I get how this is bad for them, but I've worked in food service and there's a difference between politely educating a patron and condescendingly putting the problem on them. Why would I want to come back now?
I've been in the building a few years and have seen this unlucky location change faces several times. If this place wants longevity, it's gonna need an attitude adjustment. It's already off on a bad foot based on this interaction. What this managerial style says to me is that the place is steeped in problems behind the scenes (deeper than the typical kinks for a new business), problems which will eventually interfere with the quality of the food. -

Came in for a late lunch after wanting something non-Asian in my Koreatown neighborhood. It's literally a block and a half from my place. It's been open for less than a month and I got to chat with the owner Erik. Such a nice guy. He bought the place; used to be Holy Crab. The menu is two sided: Mexican focused on one side and upscale seafood on the other. They only serve wine, beer and soju.
I opted for three different tacos: chicken, fish and shrimp. All three were tasty; each came with its own sauce. But I liked the fish taco best!
I will definitely return to watch sports, sample the seafood and eat the tacos again. I am rooting for this place!!!!
